Donkey Kid has secured a deep place in the hearts of the young indie music scene with his sound that combines classic Beatles references with 80s synthpop. Like many of his peers, the twenty-year-old from Berlin, Steglitz started producing music in his own bedroom. His songs quickly gained attention on Soundcloud, leading to an invitation from the Montreux Jazz Festival, and media outlets like KEXP began to take notice of Donkey Kid. Showcase festivals such as Eurosonic in Groningen and the Reeperbahn Festival followed, and in Germany, Donkey Kid supported Von Wegen Lisbeth on their tour, while in the UK, they supported the band Cassia. Now, it's time for Donkey Kid's first headline tour in Europe.

HERE COMES THE FLOOD

Coincé au carrefour entre le Grunge, la Noise, le Shoegaze et la Pop, il y’a ce nouveau groupe de Rennais : Here comes the Flood.
Choisissant d’embrasser les quatre et de les mêler avec force, ils nous offrent un premier EP 5 titres, éponyme, magma bouillonnant de riffs, de kicks et de cris.
Here comes the flood défendra cette année ce premier disque en Live et cours tête baissée vers son premier album qui verra le jour en 2023.
