It’s the favorite event for young movie lovers! CinéKids delights young audiences every Wednesday and Sunday with a film screening, followed by a Q&A session, a snack, or a workshop. An original program for children ages 18 months to 7 years, featuring films from around the world and activities centered on new themes that change every quarter.

Les P'tits Loux, at the Louxor

Ready for a one-way trip to Egypt? The Louxor (18th arrondissement) is one of the capital’s most iconic movie theaters, and its magnificent Art Deco auditorium also hosts screenings for kids who love great stories! Head there on Saturday and Sunday mornings to enjoy screenings tailored for children ages 3 and up!

The Art of Childhood at Studio des Ursulines & Co…

A haven for film buffs, the Studio des Ursulines (5th arrondissement) offers a carefully curated lineup all year round. As a member of the Parisian Independent Cinemas network, the Studio has joined forces with about fifteen other movie theaters to create “L’Enfance de l’art,” a selection of films designed to introduce children ages 2 to 12 to creativity in all its diversity. These films are often accompanied by creative workshops, philosophical discussions, or storytime sessions for the youngest viewers.

Les Ciné Darons, at the Majestic Bastille

Calling all nostalgia lovers! The Ciné Darons are back at the Majestic Bastille (11th arrondissement)! We get to enjoy the film in French, the ushers with their baskets of vintage candy, and the commercials from the ’80s and ’90s. What a great way to introduce our kids to the classics of our childhood!

Little Ciné, at Little Villette

Welcome to the wonderful world of Little Ciné (19th arrondissement), an enchanting program that opens a window onto the world of cinema with carefully selected short films and interactive workshops. Every weekend, approximately 45-minute screenings exploring a variety of themes guarantee an exciting experience. For the little ones, ages two and up, the “Ciné doudou” screenings also offer moments of joy and wonder.

"My Little Film Library," at the Cinémathèque Française

Looking for cult films? Head to the Cinémathèque Française (12th arrondissement) for a real treat! All year round, we take you on a journey through the great classics of cinema, from around the world and across all eras. Every Wednesday, Sunday, and during school breaks, kids get a unique introduction tothe artof film. How? Through a host of workshops and introductory sessions on directing, editing, animation, and special effects, where they’ll discover the secrets behind filmmaking.

Croissant and Cinema!, at L'Épée de Bois

We’ve found the perfect way to delight foodies and movie lovers alike! Every Sunday morning, L’Épée de Bois cinema (5th arrondissement) presents its “Croissant and Cinema” screenings! On the menu: a selection of pastries, coffee or fruit juice, and a movie on the big screen. It’s sure to make the screening even more enjoyable!

MK2 Boutchou, in MK2 theaters

Young moviegoers ages 2 to 4 also have their own special screenings at MK2 theaters in Paris! Films under an hour, shown with dimmed lights and at a very low volume, are available on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting at 9:50 a.m. at select MK2 theaters. It’s another way to stimulate our little ones, with a single ticket price of €4 for the whole family!

MK2 Junior, at MK2 theaters

Following in the footsteps of MK2 Boutchou, the theaters are also catering to older children with the MK2 Junior series. The format remains the same, but it’s tailored for children ages 5 and up, featuring the best in animated films. All for a single price (€5.90) for the whole family.

UGC Pestacles, at UGC theaters

At UGC theaters, children ages 3 and up can expand their film knowledge with a program that turns a trip to the movies into a special event—through November 23, 2025. Every Sunday screening kicks off with clips from France Inter podcasts and a quiz hosted by Joué Club, with prizes to be won! And then? It’s showtime! All for €6.
