The Maison des Canaux sets up a festive refreshment bar on its secret terrace, and a free-access piano.

Hot-air balloon curtains, blue to recall the canal just a few meters away, a parquet floor made of wooden strips cut from old door frames, tables and chairs made from recycled materials… this is the setting for the terrace of the Maison des Canaux, where the Alteractif cooperative will set up its refreshment bar to offer local drinks.

As well as cooling off, you can try your hand at the piano, thanks to the one installed all summer by the Sing For Hope association, whose aim is to democratize classical music. The free-access piano is decorated by an artist inspired by the Festival Solidaire et Circulaire des Jeux organized by the Les Canaux association.

The terrace is located just a few meters from the Place de la Rotonde, the venue for the 19th arrondissement's festivities (big screen and fast food). A secret place to sit in peace and cool off in the shade of the curtains.

Make the most of it, as the Maison des Canaux is also the headquarters of the Les Canaux association, and only opens to the public for special events.
