This event is part of Olympic Torch Relay: where to see the flame on July 15th
We're paying tribute to Léon Blum, by organizing a popular ball, closely linked to the historical context of the Front Populaire and its interest in the well-being of French workers.
Les Balochiens, the capital's emblematic guinguette orchestra, will be on hand to enliven the ball, highlighting the festive spirit of the neighborhood and its merchants.
Like an outdoor pub, a drinks area will be set up throughout the ball.
