A fun way to burn off energy and have fun at the same time!

During the Paris Games, come and discover our fun and accessible parkour/gym workshop. Suitable for all ages, this workshop features obstacle courses with a variety of gymnastic modules and street workout structures, providing fun and exercise at the same time.

Whether you're a novice or an experienced rider, you'll be able to explore safe facilities, adapted to different levels, where agility and creativity are the order of the day.

This free activity, open to all, awaits you all summer long at festivity sites in 15 arrondissements of the capital. Each site offers a unique route, allowing you to discover the charms of Parisian neighborhoods while enjoying a fun physical activity.
