Paris Plages – practical information
What are the prices of Paris Plages? Entry is completely free, as are all the activities on offer.
What are the opening times of Paris Plages? Every day, from 20 July to 19 August, from 8am to midnight.
How do I get to Paris Plages? By public transport Georges Pompidou Expressway Metro: Louvre-Rivoli (line 1), Pont-Neuf (line 7), Châtelet (lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14), Hôtel-de-Ville (lines 1, 11), Saint-Paul (line 1), Pont-Marie and Sully-Morland (line 7) RER: Châtelet-les-Halles (lines A, B, D) Bus: lines 21, 24, 27, 38, 47, 58, 67, 69, 70, 72, 75, 76, 81, 87, 9621, 24, 27, 81 and 96: accessible to persons with reduced mobility Batobus: Hôtel-de-Ville station Vélib’: stations in front of the Tuileries tunnel, Place de l’Hôtel-de-Ville and behind the Hôtel de Ville, on Rue Lobau

Are there any parking spaces reserved for disabled people? Absolutely no traffic is allowed on the Paris Plages site. There are some disabled spaces on the “upper” quay to allow vehicles to be parked in the immediate vicinity of the accesses for people with reduced mobility: Rampes, Châtelet, Lobau, Sully.
Where are the entrances to Paris Plages? The entrances to Paris Plages are located at the car access ramps, i.e. close to each bridge.
Where is the Quai de Seine? And the Quai de Loire? The Quai de Seine is at La Villette Basin and the Quai de Loire is just opposite it. Metro: Jaurès, Stalingrad or Laumière stations.
Are there any areas reserved for picnics? On the embankment expressway (in central Paris) 5 picnic rafts are available in the square of the Hôtel de Ville (access via footbridge on rue Lobau). There are 5 picnic rafts on the bend of the Sully bridge On the La Villette Basin: There are 4 picnic rafts after the La Moselle footbridge on the Quai de Seine
Are there any dry toilets at Paris Plages? No, dry toilets are not permitted over long periods, only for one-off occasions. Paris Plages will welcome almost 150,000 visitors a day, and dry toilets are not suitable for such high levels of use.

At what time do the concerts at the Hôtel de Ville end? The concerts will end at around 11pm
Paris Plages - sports How can I do petanque? Is it possible to reserve a pitch? This year, petanque pitches will be available on the Georges Pompidou Expressway and at the La Villette Basin. You can play for 15 minutes or one hour (depending on how busy it is) or wait a while for a pitch to become free. It is not possible to book. The boules (real petanque boules!) will be loaned to you in exchange for an identity document. Note: minors cannot play without the presence of an adult.
