The Assistance publique-hpitaux de Paris (AP-HP - health and social security services and Paris hospitals) has 37 institutions in Paris and in the Paris region. Emergency units for adults and children, maternity units, general medicine or specialist consultations: State-owned hospitals offer a wide range of healthcare options.
