The Paris archives accessible via the Internet

The Paris archives allow you free access to around 5 million images, genealogical sources and illustrative material. It is a mine of information on the history of Paris!
Note to genealogists and researchers from around the world: the alphabetical pages of the reconstructed civil records (16th century to 1859), the ten-year indexes and the registers of civil status records (1860-1902), as well as the cadastral maps of Paris (19th century) have been accessible since December 2009. Two other major genealogical sources are available: the tables of particulars and military services of the Seine region (1875-1910) and the register of children in care in the Seine region (1742–1910).
