Since 2009, Paris has established a Purchasing Department.
Paris’ purchasing policy
The purchasing Department concludes contracts >90 000€, in accordance to the procedures laid down in the general public procurement Act (Code des Marchés Publics). The Purchasing Department’s assignment is to provide purchases of quality (goods, services or public works) at the best price to its internal customers and finally to Parisians. Therefore, one of the purchasing policy objectives is to develop contacts with suppliers in early stages for a better mutually understanding of suppliers’ possibilities and our requirements.

How to get initial contact with Paris’ purchasers ?
Ask for a contact by filling in the vendor information form online : - to present your products or services - to obtain information about Paris’ purchasing policy. You will get in touch with a purchaser in charge of your business activity by email. This service is only available in French for the moment. Contact form
Online request for quotations
Access to all markets > 4 000€ issued by Paris and find bid opportunities by visiting our dedicated portail. Services offered: - registration form that enables you to receive information of bid opportunities related to your business activity - find publication of contract notices - download tendering packages - place online offers with an electronic signature for formalised procedures (calls for tenders, negotiated contracts, competitions, competitive dialogue) and without an electronic signature for others.
