Need commercial premises? There is a website listing street-level premises as well as business incubation centres. They offer surface areas ranging from 30 m² to 200 m² and annual rents starting from 100 Euros per m² excluding taxes and charges.

General rental conditions
- A security deposit paid by cheque (depending on the organisation) and in some cases a bank guarantee are required to sign a commercial lease.
- Some new premises may be offered as a “plain concrete shell” and may require a certain amount of work (ex. frontage, electrical equipment, plumbing, etc.).
- Rents vary by premises and by site for ground floor premises.
